Executive Team
Henry oversees and drives the vision of 3GC Group's global expansion by spreading the Converged Networks movement in technology to all corners of the world. He brings a unique background in investment banking and technology, with experience in industry trending and analysis as well as sales and marketing. With a B.S. in Economics from UC, Irvine he has aided in several mergers and acquisitions in the plastics and rubber industry to create competing brands against behemoths such as Goodyear and Proctor and Gamble. Prior to 3GC Group, Henry held several mid and upper management, sales and marketing positions within the CLEC and IT Consulting industries. He also holds a minor in Psychology from UC Irvine, and has an Executive MBA from Tuck University. In his free time, he studies theology and sociology in his never-ending pursuit to understanding people and their memes.
Bob is a global IT executive experienced in leading technology & security organizations for high profile brands like Blizzard Ent., City National Bank & The Honest Company. He excels at assessing existing IT infrastructures, crafting a tech and people roadmap to align business goals to IT investments & projects. Building the relationships & roadmap necessary to achieve these goals. Bob’s been architecting technology solutions for over 20 years. Systems like the design, implementation & support of World of Warcraft’s scalable global infrastructure platform. One of the highest-grossing video game franchises of all time.
David Lapeze has 30 years of IT experience with a passion for technology innovations that have real world impact on business goals and the management and strategy to create and maintain smooth running technology operations. Running an efficient and productive IT operation includes a security strategy that allows an organization to protect itself, maintain compliance, all while ensuring easy access for staff and avoiding unnecessary costs. This passion for technology operations was initially honed at Ziffren Brittenham, DiVX, and culminated in a nearly decade long CTO position at the United Talent Agency, leading an IT team for both back-end and front-end systems.

Roberto Orci is the Executive VP, Strategic Growth at Captura Group, a Hispanic and digital-first full service agency, founded in 2001, successfully leveraing the power of innovation and cultural intelligence to accelerate growth for clients. Roberto Orci’s 30 years in marketing and advertising in Mexico, Canada and the US make him a leader in his field. Previously, he was CEO and Chairman of Acento, a brand manager at Procter & Gamble (Mexico), VP Management Supervisor at Ogilvy & Mather in the US, Canada and Mexico; and until 2002, President of the fourth largest independent Hispanic agency in the US. Roberto also serves on the Advisory Board for Cal State University School of Business. Roberto Received his BBA in Finance from the University of Houston and his MBA from Thunderbird Graduate School of International Finance.
James Rinaldi is JPL's Chief Information Technology Advisor to the Office of the Director. He was the JPL CIO until October 2019, where he stepped out after 14 years. His current role is to create a future IT vision and strategy for the Lab looking out to 2025 and beyond. As CIO, James had direct management responsibility over JPL's Information Technology Directorate. Works closely with JPL management, supporting end-users of the engineering, interplanetary network and finance/business operations. James sat on the JPL Executive Council and various management councils. He developed the IT strategy, budgets and executed major IT contracts. He actively participated in NASA IT governance councils. Early career roles include CIO at U.S. FDA, CIO at the IRS.

Silvia Van Dusen serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of LinQuest Corporation where she oversees all Human Resources and corporate Communications activities of the company’s five business units, including The Perduco Group.
Over the course of her career, Silvia has transformed the Human Resources culture into a service culture and positioned human resources as an integral business partner.
Silvia has a Master of Psychology from Walden University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of La Verne. She has also served on several non-profit boards.

Pat Turpin
Pat is an accomplished senior executive who has successfully concepted and launched revenue-generating retail channel businesses and brands. He brings over 25 years of consumer products and retail industry experience. He was the President and co-founder of Popchips, Inc., who also served as a Vice President of Costco Wholesale Corp. Prior to Costco. He was an investment banker at Donaldson, Lufkin, and Jenrette (DLJ) working on mergers, acquisitions, and public offerings. Pat sits on the board of several food and beverage companies and is an investor and advisor within the food and beverage industry.
